Health & Safety:

During your child’s stay at camp we can assure you that a parent or guardian will be contacted if…
• Your camper is ill with a fever or runny nose.
• Your camper is unable to function within the camp in a healthy and or safe way.
• We have a 2 write up policy for Summer Camp. If your camper is written up for any unsafe behavior more than 2 times the length of camp, they will be expelled from camp.

Protocols: :

• Camp ends promptly at 2pm. You will be assessed a late fee of $10 after 2pm.
• If your camper cannot attend a trip planned on a specific day and you cannot accompany your camper, please make alternate arrangements for that day.
• We are closed on Monday July 3rd & Tuesday July 4th.

Transportation::

• You acknowledge that transportation is up to the parent and there is not Blue Jays transportation available

Payments::

• Camp payments are due each week. Your camper will not be able to return to camp if your account is late.
• If your camper receives camp scholarship, it is your responsibility to pay any balance or difference in scholarship amount.
• ALL payments will be made online via the billing coordinator. Staff CANNOT AND WILL NOT be able to accept payments.
